If you have a lawyer on the case for which you signed the plea agreement he or she will be your best guide for an answer. They should be familiar enough with how the particular Court and Judge you are appearing before does things and any particular needs of your county jail where you will serve the sentence. Some Judges will expect you to have your affairs in order when you return to court for sentencing since you've previously entered in to a plea agreement whose terms you've now known for several weeks or more. You should not expect an additional 30 days to get your affairs in order.
