Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can the court revoke my probation for a counselor not signing off I. My counseling sessions? I have attended 12 sessions in the past year but the counselor has not signed off on me. Most likely because I still need addiction counseling

Probation is violated only because of something you do or fail to do, not just because of what someone else does or doesn't do. If you are required as part of probation to do all counseling recommended, then your question is answered.
