Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
What crimes will he be tried with?
17 year old brother rapes 16 year old sister repeatedly for 2 1/2 years. (Started when she was 14, he was 15)
He also gave her to his friends (over 18 yrs old) for money
Will he be tried as an adult?
No priors, but the crime was severe. The last time, when she finally told, she had to go to the hospital with a broken leg, three cracked ribs and multiple burns from cigarette lighter

He will probably be tried as an adult. You should ask the prosecutor as to what crimes will be charged, as that decision is often based on how strong the evidence is.
