Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have criminal charges pending. The states evidence I consider to be lacking. They also issued the search warrant out of the wrong county and seized my vehicles out of the wrong county jurisdiction. The feds are not picking up the case. They seized my vehicles and then waited a month to even file charges on me. What are the odds my case will be resolved with no criminal convicton as well as me keeping my vehicles due to the guidelines the state failed to follow on search and seizure?

You seem to have a rather complex legal problem which has already been investigated by both state and federal authorities. A lawyer would need to discuss this in detail and in private with you to give you the very best advice for your specific situation. You should personally consult a lawyer who regularly handles criminal defense matters as soon as you can.
