Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
in a criminal trial in Indianapolis, IN, does the jury have to come to a unanimous decision or majority vote for a guilty verdict? if it has to be unanimous, what happens if it's not?

Unanimous. If it does not happen ic can be a hung jury and the case can be retried.
