the prosecuter has failed to get me to trial in less than 2 years class d misdemeanor also my PD HAS not subpeona the info i keep requesting my trial is next month im not sure what to do

Your attorney is not required to subpoena information just because you request it. It has to be admissible and relevant to your defense. You should make an appointment immediately with your attorney and discuss what your defense is to whatever this charge is (It is not a class d misdemeanor...no such thing in Indiana).
