Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
D Felony
I was arrested for D Felony for Theft; Receiving Stolen Property. It has been amended to a A Misdemeanor it happend back in 1996. I have been looking for a job and because of that one incident it has been hard. My question is, is it possible to get it esponged or is there anything I can do to prevent employeers from seeing that. It happend over 10 yrs. ago and I am paying for my bad decisions.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to get your conviction expunged.
