Daughter 18 arrested for underage drinking
My daughter was arrested at a party for underage drinking, she is in the lake county jail in indiana until she sees the judge on monday morning.
What will happen? Will she be on probation?Will there be a fine?
Is she in the adult or juvi facility?
can they revoke her drivers licence even if she wasent driving?

She's going to be in Adult court. Her sentence will depend on what kind of deal your attorney can work out for her. There will at least be probation, if not a jail sentence. The BMV will have to decide what to do with her license.
