Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My daughter is 14 and her boyfirend is 17. We live in Indiana. We know they are messing around, but have not had sex yet. I want to tell them the law.... what is the law for those ages? Could we press charges against him if they have sex? Oral sex? Thank you for your help.

You want to tell them more than the law, and would suggest a visit to Planned Parenthood. They can give you the information you seek and much more.
Good luck.
