Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my daughter was with a girl that shoplifted some things, the store clerk told my daughter to bring them back into the store, so she did . the next day the police contacted her to come in to see them, because they were in her car , the police said she was responsible for this theft since she was driving the car she is 19, they would not let me or my wife go into the interview with her, she said the officer made threats about prosacution.the officer talked with my wife on the 25 and said rachel was in no trouble they just wanted to talk with her.
