I have a daughter that has never been in trouble in her life she gets one theft charge which was a Class D felony and got sentenced to 1 year do six months in DOC. Is there any way that I can appeal this decision on her behalf and get her released from jail and maybe get probation or house arrest. She has been incarsarated since Aug 28

Unless you are an attorney, you can not "Appeal on her behalf". She may have the right to appeal the sentence or the verdict. If this was by a plea agreement, she may have waived her right to appeal. She should talk to her attorney.
