Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a dentist thought a prescription was missing and gave a second script for a diffrent amount and they were both filled instead of the lost one being returned can he press criminal charges?

He can only report it to law enforcement. They are the ones that decide whether to press charges, not the dentist.
