Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Is a detached shed or barn considered a dwelling in Indiana law? The law states that burglary is a class B felony is the building is a dwelling. A friend of mine was charged with class B felony burglary and I believe that it should be class c because the building was a shed or barn on the property.
