Can you explain ''dismissal without leave by DA?''

I am not sure what "dismissal without leave" means. It could mean several things: (1)dismissed without prejudice (can be re-charged); (2)dismissed with leave to re-charge or indict or mayby (3) dismissed with leave to amend. If this is your case, check with your attorney or with the court clerk.
