Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
domestic battery
My wife had filed charges against
ma and I was arrested and now we
have got back together were going
to get marital help ,she wants to
drop the charges now,but there are
still charges from the state .I was
having a adverse reaction to a new
medication which caused me to be
violent,but i am not on this
medication any longer.what can I
do to get this case dropped?

Get an attorney. There is nothing you can do by youself that is likely to accomplish this. Ask for a public defender if you can not afford a lawyer. This is too important not to have good legal counsel.
