can a drug treatment center give me a DNA swab test? is that against my rights?

All depends; are you being held at the center against your will/ Did they disclose the fact they were doing one to you? Has it been releasesd to anyone else? Did you agree that such a test could be provided to a court? Were you convicted of a crime, and are you on probation?
