Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my first dui was over 10 years ago - i now have another one - no other issues...the district atty wants house arrest - no license and fines and probation. meantime lost my job , no money..i am a single mom with no other support for my child. i can get a job and live with my parents in florida right now but the case is not until september. is there anything i can do now? maybe get teh judge to allow me to go onto fl and get a new start?

Seems pretty harsh. You need to hire an attorney to represent you. Perhaps you have a bond and the attorney will accept that in lieu of a retainer. Many do.
