Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
elkjart county indiana;in 2005 i signed a 10 year plea on two class c felony non support released 18 months later on house arrest (day for day), i only had one support order for both children but charged with two cases(in code rule 35-46-5-1a)calls for the latter class c to be vacated.will my sentancing court do this or will i have to appeal to the supreme court. what is my fastest way to get something done?

Have your attorney from the case investigate whether the continued existence of two separate sentences will have any impact on your life. If it does, you can petition for post conviction relief, which the court may or may not grant.
