Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Extradition
Where can I find the forms necessary to file for extradition from an Indiana prison to Ohio to take care of charges over there. The Ohio prosecutor said that we would have to file the papers and then he would be senteced and that he would run the sentece concurrent with the Indiana sentence. We need to file papers to get him transported to Ohio to be sentenced.

I believe the prison he's in should have the paperwork. I think it's paperwork concerning the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD).
