Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

My ex-wife retains all of my private information like my social security number. I have reason to believe that she is using this information to access and alter activities on various secured web portals that I use, bank and governmental. Is there any order a court could grant me to restrain her from its use? If I have proof that she has indeed done this.

Yes, you could get a restraining order, though I suspect there are more effective ways to deal with this through contact with these portals and alerting them of the situation. After all, if she'll commit a crime by using the information in this fashion, she'll probably violate a restarining order too.

Use court as a last resort in this instance.
