False Arrest and detention

My son was held on a charge of restraining order violation that had been desolved. He was due to be released between sentencing dates and this situation flubbed it up........I want to pursue a CLASS ACTION suit against this court.....further information will be available on request!

You need a lot more than one person for a class action and, because you have no class, YOU can't pursue a class action - only your son can be a plaintiff.
