Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
At fault incident
Last december 2006, i had a vehicle accident , i had no insurance that time, i got cited by the police for not yielding the right of way, the other driver had insurance, he claimed he had some physical and mental/brain injury. I got a summons from the court but no appearance date yet. I am a disable guy, am 74 years old. Please help me, i cannot find an attorney in here. They want bunches of money from me.

Your licesnse will probably be suspended by the state for not having insurance. As for them getting money from you- with you on disability they can not garnish your social security. You are judgment proof if that is your only means of income. Call our office and we can discuss more in detail.
