Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

In February, I was browsing Craigslist and noticed an ad for an adult female selling nude pictures. I contacted her and advised I was interested. I arranged payment through PayPal and she emailed the digital photos. I have since deleted the photographs and the email account that they were sent to. I was contacted on May 27 by someone claiming to be her father. He goes on to say she is underage and found out about 'their business' as he said. He continued saying he was going to take legal action but was willing to take reparations in the form of currency ($1000 USC) using Western Union. I don't think I did anything illegal but I wanted clarification. I reside in Indiana and did not believe her to be under the age of 18. I still have doubts that she is underage and that this isn't some sort of scam to blackmail me for money. Is there any legal action he can take against me if I refuse to pay him? Is there any crime that I did commit? I did not intentionally or knowingly have any reason to doubt she was an adult, but I'm afraid that if I don't pay he will take action against me.

It is a scam. Having said that, if the model is underage you could have some serious legal problems with the federal authorities. Wait until the authorities get involved to worry about it, though.
