In 1999 arested vehicular resisting. 2 yr. Probation.Did 8 month then released. Can it be drop.What can be done .Single father of2 need to find job.Older now.

Criminal convictions do not disappear automatically, and can not be erased at this point without the cooperation of the prosecutor's office in the county of conviction. This is rarely given.

The only alternative is a pardon from the governor.
