My brother was arrested in March of 2006 He has been in court once, it's now almost August 2006 and his next court date is Feb 2007! And this is all false actuations, and evidents planted in his home, by his daughter.

a person goes to court 24-48 hrs after arrest, then he can go to an arraignment, or it can be waived in writing, which then means he may not go to court until trial day.
