how to get felony off record?
How can I get a felony off my record from 3 yrs ago so i can go back to work?

Were you convicted of the felony? Were you found guilty by the court or did you plead to it? Unless there is an agreement to lessen the charge after completion of a sentence, and you have been found guilty- the felony stands as is.
