Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I would like to know how to get a felony off my record.I cant get a desent job till this happens.thank you

Well, most of the time you can not do this. If it was a D felony, there may be a way to have it reduced to a misdemeanor, but the only way to really erase a felony conviction is to receive a pardon from the governor, which is rarely given.
