Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Felony records
Do only felonies from your own state show up on a background check that is done for your state only? If i have a felony in Kentucky and my state only runs a check in Indiana will the felony show up?

Re: Felony records
If they only pull your IN record, a KY felony won't show up. But, if they pull your NCIC, they'll all be there.
