Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
felony reduction
I was 17 in 1988 when the crime occurred. 18 by the time it went to court. I was given a class D felony of conversion. I've not been in any trouble since 1988 and I would like to know how to get the felony off my record so I can apply at the police department.
