felony reduction
i have a past felony for violation of probation on a dui. how do i petition the court to have it reduced to a misdemeanor?

If you violated your probation, I doubt you will be able to get a modification.
You can file a motion wit the court for modification0 but I would first review the Judge's sentencing order to see if you would even qualify, because that's usually a stipulation that you successfully complete probation.
