Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My fiance just got arrested on two counts of fraud and one count of theft.. So im wondering about how much time hes looking at or what's the possibility of probation? It's his first time getting in trouble.

6 months to three years on each count is the possibility. What he will get, depends on a lot of things, which his attorney can best answer.
