Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My fiance was indicted on federal drug conspiracy charges. This past November the US Federal Prosecutor threatened & bribed him stating that if he d/n sign 17 year binding plea then I would be indicted immediately in case. I have letters from his court appointed attorney stating these agreements. Can they actually do this?
