Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
How do I file for a sentence modification for my boyfriend whom is n prision? He has filled out all the paper work and has sent it to me asking that I file it.. But I'm no sure how he has a sentence of 2 years and has already served a year.

You can't do it for him...that would be the illegal practice of law.
