trying to find out about the espongement process of a felong arrest in the state of indiana. offense is a class c felony and the charge is agervated assault and battery. the offense occured in 2003 and person involved has a clear record since offense. sentence was 4 years of probation

There is no way to expunge a criminal conviction in Indiana.
