Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
There is a forfeiture hold on my car. I went to retreive property out of it, and they said the police must have locked the keys in my car. I told the forfeiture unit today, they called down there and said they said my keys are on the hook in the back. And, there is no reason why I shouldn't have been able to get my property. So, now I can't get anything. Is there anything I can do about it?

Not that the police told you where the keys are, why can't you go back to the impounding company?
