Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a friend charged with D felony battery charge involving a minor do you think it can be dropped to a misdemeanor charge with AMS. He has no previous charges in Indiana but has a record in another state but the charges were dropped but will they affect his chances now to get the charges dropped to a misdemeanor if its at all possible
