Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My friend have a felony for child neglect with intent to harm; was convicted in March 2000. She cannot find a job due to this felony. Is there a way to not having to disclose a felony on a job application. Can it be sealed and does that relieve her of putting the answer of yes on the application?
