Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a friend in indiana, westville correctional facility for aiding or dealing in narcotic substance, class b felony. he got 12 do 6, since sentenced has done 2 years and got 1 year and a half time cuts for programs, has 10 certificates for completion of programs and has gotten his ged. I would like to help him see about a possible sentence mod or something of that sort, since he has been doing really well. I am in wv and he is in indiana and i could be of great help to him in ways as a place to stay and a job and transportation to work and i am also in a drug free home. any advice would be appreciated or some lawyers who would be interested in the case, it will be in wabash county court. i have around 700.00 to 1,000, i can spend toward sucess. I Have 1 lawyer who will do it for 750.00, i'm just checking around first. thanks!

If you have a lwyer who will do it for $750, grab it. Be sure to get a flat fee agreement in writing
that covers everything that may need to be done.
