Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My friend is currently serving time in IDOC workrelease. He will be released December 2, 2010. Upon his release he will be transported back to Hamilton County jail to serve a 90 day sentence for a resisting charge. Is there anyway to get that sentence modified to county workrelease or house arrest?

Talk to an attorney in Hamilton County about the likelihood of that. Just because something is available under the law does not mean that a judge is likely to do it, and that's what you really want to know.
