Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have friend whos sister was arrested on felony drug charges. She presented her sisters identification, which was accepted. She is now incarcerated awaiting trial...all under her sister's name. When she inquired on what to do she was that she must file charges etc etc,
How can she get this fixed with minimal effort?
She is a single mother of 3 and really has limited resources.

I don't know what you mean by "fixing it". Her attorney is the best source of advice.
