Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My girlfriend and I got into an arguement a few months ago and I left the house. I latet discovered she had told police I hit her. She said because she was upset.now I just found out prosecutor is charging me with assault and battery. She wants to come clean about how she lied. S kg e even told the detective that sh re was just really upsey. She is diagnosed bi polar and not on meds......can you offer your opinion?what will most likely happen to us?
