Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Please help

My girlfriend was arrested for driving while suspended in hamilton county and she also had a warrant for probation violation in johnson county.I bonded her out the day she was arrested and it took johnson county a week to pick her up.she has been in there since wednesday.It is now sunday and she hasnt been to court at all in johnson countysince she has been there. my question is how many days does the state have to get her into court?

As she is on probation, the usual rules and rights do not apply while on probation. such are waived once comvicted either due to a trial or plea agreement. While the objective is to do so to place her on formal notice of the violation within a "reasonable" time, it could take as long as up to the remaining time she has on probation. However, I would check to see if Johnson Co. is aware of the situation. If they are, she should most likely be transported the first of the week.
