Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Good day i would like to make an inquiry on "Online enticement of children for sexual acts" and "Unsolicited Obscene Material Sent to a Child" . I would like to know the laws that prohibits :

A. Unsolicited Obscene Material Sent to a Child

B.Online enticement of children for sexual acts

against a minor (who is 17 years old) in the state of Indiana . I would like to get concrete information so i don't make a misleading report.

I assume the report is to be made to the local prosecuting attorneys office? If so, just tell them what you know and let them sort it out. Your tax dollars already pay for their legal knowledge.
