Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I graduated drug court and my charges were dismissed 5 years ago. Now, I've got 5 pending cause numbers, 4 for D felonies and 1 for A misdemeanor. I have bonded out 3 times. I'm concerned about what kind of sentence I might receive. I went to a status hearing before I was arrested again and bonded out. So, I would like to know if the judge can revoke my bond?? I'm not on probation or anything. Also, what kind of plea deal or sentence can I likely expect?? Please help because I'm really stressed out about all of this. Thank u.
