habitual offender
can i be legally charged with habitual offender if i have two other related felonies but they were in dealing cocaine and dealing marijuana and i am now charged with possession of marijuana(second offense) which makes it a d felony?

I assume you mean two prior UNRELATED felonies. If so, the answer is yes.
