Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I hired an attorney 2 years ago to get my felony dropped to a misdemeanor and to get my drivers license back. But even though he did refund my money I paid him he said he would do it pro bono. But I have yet to have any progress on the case he hasn't got into the courtroom will not return calls and I told him that I wanted all of our paperwork back but he will jot return it he has all the original copies of everything. Is there anything legally we can do?

Yes. Get another attorney, and that lawyer can compel production of the file. Also, report this lawyer to the state disciplinary commission.
