Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
House was raided, I don't resid there, but they woke us up in a bed. I don't live there, nor have received any mail. My name is not on the lease, they found meth in somebody's car on the property, a syringe on the stove and the cops have on camera people stealing a moped that was also on the property. How can I get charged with possession of meth and syringe? How do I beat this.

Because they believe the stuff was yours, either individually or as a joint enterprise (just as 3 people might rob a bank and all be guilty, even though only one is holding the bag at any particular time.)
How do you beat it? Have your attorney take it to trial. That does not guarantee you will win, but it is the way to "beat it."
