Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my soon to be husband was charged with child abuse only because he threw a mop bucket and it hit my 7 yr old son in the arm and it left no marks on him. will this charge stick?

That set of facts consitutes battery to a child. If proven beyond a reasonable doubt, it is a crime.
