husband convicted of two D felonys 1995 robbery.2002 invation of privacy not convicted.2009 charged with invation of privacy..court is saying it is D felony and A mis. How many yaers could he get?

If both charges are for the same incident, a maximum of 3 years on paper(with good time credit, 18 months).
