Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My husband received an OUI in Ohio 5 years ago. A warrant was issued because he missed his court date.He can't renew his Indiana license until this is resolved.
He was advised to turn himself in to have the warrant lifted. Should he retain legal council before he does this?

Not necessarily, but he should have legal counsel as soon as possible to work this out in Ohio.
